Dear Parent,
As per the Government Policy on Transport, 1) The buses should not be more than 8 years old. 2) The Driver should have enough experience to ply heavy vehicles. 3) Lady Attendant shall be deputed in each bus besides Driver & Male Conductor. This is to ensure the safety of the students while traveling in the bus.
Besides this there is an increase in the diesel price by Rs. 5.97 per litre.
This has created a financial burden on the transporter and as such he has proposed to increase the transport charges from the ensuing session.
Accordingly we request you to kindly pay an additional sum of Rs. 130/- per child per month i.e. Rs. 1430/- for 11 months (July-2011 to May – 2012).
You are therefore requested to kindly send the DD / cheque in the name of “D.A.V. Public School, Airoli” by 15th July 2011.
