Dear Parents,
You have engaged Private Vehicle for your
ward to commute to and from the school to fulfill his / her educational
requirement.
It is observed that the vehicle engaged
by you is carrying much more no. of children than the seating capacity of the
vehicle.
This observation is very shocking as the
communication in regards to traveling of your child by Private Vehicle has been
sent to you through various channels time to time.
May we take this opportunity to draw your
kind attention on following points once again:
2. The number of
children traveling in the Private Vehicle should not be more than the
registered seating capacity of the vehicle.
3. The vehicle
should be serviced regularly for all mechanical defects and should be equipped
with medical box and fire extinguisher.
4. The driver
should be aware of the use of First Aid and fire extinguisher.
5. The driver
should have valid license and experience of minimum 5 yrs.
6. The driver
should wear identity card.
7. Please ensure
that the driver follows the traffic rules meticulously and do not over speed
the vehicle.
Please ensure that your child carries his School
Diary everyday and the driver’s telephone no. and vehicle no. should be
mentioned clearly on the front page.
It is your utmost duty to comply to
necessary rules and regulations framed by Transport Authority for safety and
security of the children. You are
therefore requested to kindly take required action so that your child reaches
home safely.
