Dear Parent,

This is to inform you that Election Process for the formation of Parent – Teacher Association Executive Council for the academic year 2010-2011 shall be held on 31^st July 2010 between 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon for Std. V to XII and between 1:00 p.m. to 2:00p.m. for Nursery to Std. IV.

Parents are requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting on 31^st July 2010. It may please be noted that the parents already elected as a member of Parent – Teacher Association Executive Council for the year 2009-2010 shall not be elected for next five years.

It may please be noted that only one parent from each division shall be elected to be a member of Executive Committee.

It may further be noted that among all the parents 50 % parents-members seats are reserved for women only.

In view of the above it has been decided that from each Class, Section - A, C, E & G shall be represented by the female candidate and Div. B, D, F & H shall be represented by the male candidate.

It is compulsory for all the parents to attend the Election Process. Your attendance and participation in this process may add to grades of your child in co-scholastic area.
